Founder & CRM Consultant

With over 15 years of experience in Sales Tech and CRM systems, I’ve learned one thing: The best software is useless if it doesn’t fit your business. My career started at Europe’s largest IT security company, where I supported sales teams across DACH, UK, and the USA. I’ve seen how CRM systems can propel teams forward – and how they become obstacles when poorly selected or badly implemented. This experience convinced me: Companies need independent consulting. Not an agency tied to a vendor who has to sell that system. But someone who objectively analyzes which system truly fits. In 2025, I founded Plan Digital Now – with the goal of providing exactly this independent consulting. From Spain, I serve companies across Europe, North America, and beyond.

We're not tied to any CRM vendor. Yes, we're a HubSpot Partner – but we only recommend HubSpot when it truly fits. If Pipedrive, Zoho, or another system is a better fit for you, we'll say so.

What company size is Plan Digital Now best suited for? +

We work with midmarket companies between 20 and 500 employees. Our sweet spot is businesses with at least 5 people in sales who either don’t have a CRM or are unhappy with their current system.

Are you tied to one vendor? +

No. While we’re a HubSpot Partner, we provide vendor-independent consulting. If another system is a better fit for you, we’ll recommend that. Our goal is the best solution for you, not the highest commission for us.

Do you work only remotely or also on-site? +

Primarily remote – it’s more efficient and cost-effective for you. For important workshops, kickoffs, or critical project phases, we’re happy to come to you. Travel costs are discussed transparently upfront.

What languages can you consult in? +

English, German, and Spanish – all three fluently. Workshops, documentation, and support are available in all three languages.

What does working together cost? +

That depends on the scope. Individual consulting hours are billed at $150/hour. For implementation projects, we create custom fixed-price proposals. Ongoing support is available in flexible monthly packages starting at $1,000. The Potential Analysis costs $499 and is fully credited toward your project if we work together.

How quickly can you start? +

Typically within 1-2 weeks after engagement. For urgent projects, we can find shorter-term solutions.
